Privacy Notice
Effective August 26, 2026
This notice describes how FK Estate Realty handles information through fkestate.com and the FK Client Concierge. It should be reviewed with the responsible broker and privacy counsel before real client transaction information is entered.
Information you provide
When you create an account, join a household workspace, or contact FK Estate Realty, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, authentication provider, property preferences, comments, task updates, decisions, and notification choices.
Property and transaction information
A Concierge workspace may contain property opportunities, lawful client-stated criteria and scores, tours, offer scenarios or comparisons, preparation plans, showing and marketing records, links to documents in third-party systems, milestones, responsibilities, issues, and post-close resources. FK Estate Realty does not accept uploaded transaction documents in this MVP.
Authentication, hosting, and source systems
Account authentication and application data are supported by Lovable Managed Supabase and the sign-in provider you choose, which may include Google, Apple, Microsoft, or email. Property, showing, marketing, lender, escrow, inspection, utility, HOA, and other information may originate from third parties and may be incomplete or change after it is recorded.
How information is used
Information is used to provide representation, configure and operate the Concierge, organize opportunities and transaction activity, coordinate responsibilities, prepare negotiation strategy, communicate updates, protect the service, and comply with applicable agreements and legal obligations. Property scoring does not use protected characteristics or neighborhood-quality proxies. Automated tools do not make final representation decisions or determine contractual default.
Household sharing and advisor-only records
Members invited to the same workspace can see records marked shared, including shared comments and activity. Jove may retain advisor-only strategy notes, unpublished issues, and audit records that client members cannot access. Do not invite a person unless they are authorized to participate in the transaction and see the shared workspace.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, authentication, security, and, if separately enabled, transactional email. External property and document links open systems governed by their own privacy practices. FK Estate Realty does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and workspace archiving
Closed workspaces may remain available in a post-close stage and can later be archived read-only. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for representation, client service, applicable agreements, security, dispute prevention, broker supervision, and legal or regulatory recordkeeping. A deletion request may not apply to information that must or may be retained for those purposes.
Security and activity records
The Concierge uses authenticated access, workspace membership controls, row-level database policies, and activity or audit records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials, use only HTTPS resource links, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Your choices and California privacy requests
You may manage available notification settings and request access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable personal information. You may also ask how information is used or shared. FK Estate Realty will verify requests and respond as applicable; authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
